Prescription Requirements

Products marked as "Rx Required" require valid medical authorization. You must provide prescription documentation before we can fulfill these orders. Failure to provide proper documentation will result in order cancellation and refund.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount including product cost, shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees.

Taxes and Duties: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees. These charges are not included in our pricing and are determined by your local authorities.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses. Once shipped, orders cannot be redirected or cancelled.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery confirmation.

7. Returns and Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive damaged or incorrect products. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to safety and regulatory requirements, opened products, prescription medications, and CBD products cannot be returned.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet shipped. Contact us immediately with your order number.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
